Family Home

Chichester, West Sussex

A detached family home, situated on the edge of a desirable village, which was rescued from disrepair after being uninhabited for more than two years. Extended to create an open plan living space; re-wired, plumbed and decorated; then fitted with a new contemporary Italian kitchen and decorated in a relaxing pale grey scheme. Feature wall paper and pops of colour embellish the overall pale grey scheme, while an eclectic mix of family heir looms, contemporary pieces, mid century furniture and lighting add depth of character.

Being a family home, the spaces need to be able to evolve and change with their growing needs - while also being robust enough to cope with the rigours of family life.

In addition to providing the interior decoration and technical specification plans; Clare Pascoe also provided external drawings from which outline planning permission was granted for the extension.
