Originally tired & dated nurses accommodation, it was purchased by our Clients to be redesigned and refurbished into high specification rental studio apartments to befit the standard of the area.
Pascoe Interiors was recommended by MDLR Architects, the Project Architects & commissioned re-design this 64 studio apartment building and all communal areas. Working directly with the design team (Client, Developer, Architect, English Heritage & M&E) Pascoe Interiors was responsible for determining the style tiers within the building (to reflect the varying degree of traditional features in the building) ; the material finishes, schemes & products; furniture layouts; procurement & placement.
